Nick and Andrea Julian started Beaches USA in 2016 after relocating to Indian Rocks Beach. Like many homeowners in the area, they experienced firsthand the gap between what management companies promised and what they actually delivered.

So they built something different — a company that treats every home with the same care they would give their own. Growth has come entirely through referrals, built on consistent care, honest communication, and better management.
